I called directly from the US to send flowers to my niece since we could not be at her wedding due to CA travel restrictions. The service is superb I have to say. The lady who helped me is Mini and I just love her! She called to check if they could deliver the flowers earlier and that was perfect. My niece sent us a photo of the flower arrangement as she sent her thanks. The only thing is I expected more white and mauve roses and hard to see if it was a deluxe or not. While I understand that substitutions may be inevitable, I would have just appreciated it if the final arrangement came closer to what I picked - Serene Paradise (Premium). My niece of course loved the flowers (but don't we all?) :-). Again, Mini was fantastic so still a 4-Star.
