I received an email in the morning to let me know my order was being worked on and I called later in the evening because they had not been delivered yet and my mom's building has a tendency of deliveries going missing. The florist remembered my order and was fairly certain it had just gone out for delivery but took the time to call me back a minute or so later from the office to confirm my order should be delivered in the next half hour (apparently I ordered something rare and they did not want to replace it with another flower so took the extra time).
I only order flowers for my mom and I only order them from here!
