I had amazing fast service with same day delivery. The slower ship returned my call immediately after I couldn’t get through and was patient as I asked all my Questions. When placing the order I left specific instructions to not ring the bell, to call my number and unfortunately that message wasn’t passed on to the person delivering. I also asked for a variety of colours and listed them and only received two colours, the vase did not look full, but a gape in the middle and the flowers leaning outside the vase. Overall it was fast service and same day delivery like I needed but the final arrangement was lacking.
